Install the app or use the website

Start on the website if you want to confirm your username and password first. The same credentials will then work in the mograHUB app.

The app is free for Android, iPhone and iPad.

Enter the school code

Open the app and enter ism when asked which school you belong to. Use lower case and do not add spaces.

School code: ism

Sign in and allow alerts

Use the username and password issued by the school. Allow notifications so circular, fee and other important alerts reach your phone.

Access your account

Login, OTP and password help

Your parent username is personal to you. It is not your email address and not your child’s admission number.

Open the sign-in page

Go to ism.ppnv1.mograsys.com, or open mograHUB.

Enter your credentials

Type the username and password issued by the school, then select Sign In.

Check the selected child

If more than one child is linked, confirm the correct child’s name before checking fees, attendance or reports.

Select Login with OTP.
Enter the email address registered with the school.
Open your email and find the 4-digit code.
Enter the code and select Verify OTP.

Important: The OTP is valid for 3 minutes. If it expires, select Resend OTP and use the new code.

Forgot your password?

Select Forgot password? below the sign-in button.
Enter your Username / Email and select Send Email.
Enter the 4-digit code sent to your email.
Create your new password.

No OTP or reset email received?

Check your Spam or Junk folder.
Confirm that the school has your current email address.
If you do not know your username, contact parent portal support with your child’s name and class.

Online fee payment

How to pay school fees online

You can check the outstanding amount, pay securely by card and retrieve the receipt after confirmation by the Accounts Department.

Confirm the student and academic year

Check the selected child and make sure the correct academic year is displayed.

Review fee details

Read each charge and verify the outstanding Balance.

Check the amount to pay

Where permitted, you may be able to pay by term or month rather than the full year.

Review the final amount

Check Total Fees, any Convenience Charges and the Final Fees to be debited.

Accept the terms

Tick the terms and conditions box. The payment button remains locked until this is selected.

Select Pay Now

Enter your card information on the bank’s secure page and complete the bank verification.

Wait for the result

Remain on the page until you are returned to the portal and the payment result is shown.

Do not close the window or press Back during payment.
Wait until the portal displays the completed transaction result.

Save your transaction ID.
Take a screenshot of the confirmation page. The transaction ID is required if the payment needs to be traced.

After payment

Online payment historyCheck the date, amount, transaction ID and status.
Previous fee receiptOpen or print receipts already issued.
Family statementReview charges, payments and the running family balance.
Outstanding feesSee what remains payable today.

Receipt not visible immediately?
The receipt appears after the Accounts Department approves the transaction, normally within one or two working days. Check the online payment status in the meantime.

Account safety

Protect your parent account

Keep your login secure

Change the school-issued password after your first login.
Do not share your password or OTP with anyone.
Untick Remember Me on shared devices.
Sign out when you finish.
Inform the school when your email or mobile number changes.

The school will never ask for your password.

Do not share it through email, WhatsApp or telephone. Always start fee payment from Online fee payment inside the Parent Portal. Do not use payment links received through messaging apps.
